The lower jaw was reduced, chin advanced and cheek bones were augmented to correct the underbite and improve the profile. A rhinoplasty was also performed to improve breathing and appearance.
Cheekbone augmentation was performed to enhance the midface and create more fullness and elevation of the cheekbone complex.
