Surgery Details
This patient had a recessive upper jaw and midface and asymmetry of the lower jaw. Surgical advancement of the midface corrected the underbite and improved the smile. The lower jaw was moved to correct asymmetry. The hanging columella of the nose and septum was corrected with rhinoplasty.
