Surgery Details
The upper jaw was repositioned to correct the “Gummy Smile” and openbite and nasal airway. The lower jaw and chin were then advanced to correct the overbite, OSA (Obstructive Sleep Apnea), jawline and profile.
Chin advancement with upper and lower jaw surgery was performed to improve the chin deficiency, jawline and profile.
